Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number where applicable.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

Delivery within South Africa typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

International Shipping

International orders typically take 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. PawCentral has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at infopawcentral@gmail.com call 062 012 2710 within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will resolve it promptly.
